Choosing the Right Begonia
Tuberous begonias are known for their large, rose-like flowers in many colors. Pick healthy tubers or plants with strong stems and leaves. Avoid soggy or mushy tubers.
Soil & Bed Preparation
Begonias prefer light, well-drained soil. A mix of garden soil, leaf mold, and compost is ideal. Pots should be wide but not too deep, with good drainage holes.
Sunlight & Placement
They like bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch leaves, but too much shade reduces flowers. Indoors, keep near east or north-facing windows.
