Prices may change based on market conditions, logistics, or seasonal factors without prior notice.

In the event of typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or listing mistakes, TheFarmer reserves the right to correct or cancel such orders.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Placing an order on TheFarmer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or verification of a valid payment method.

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; TheFarmer does not store credit card or sensitive financial data.

Delivery timelines depend on the Seller’s location, product type, and courier availability.

TheFarmer acts as a facilitator; responsibility for delivery lies with the Seller and logistics provider.

All goods are carefully packed before dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.

In case of shipment damage, please contact us or the Seller within 24 hours of delivery.

Please refer to our Order Policy for complete return, replacement, and refund procedures.

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of listed goods.

TheFarmer does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or images are free from errors.

If a delivered product materially differs from its description, the Buyer may request a return in unused condition.

TheFarmer acts only as an intermediary between Farmers (Sellers) and Buyers.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from transaction issues, delays, or product defects.

Any claim for damages shall be limited to the transaction amount paid for the product in question.

TheFarmer disclaims any liability for third-party content, website links, or services beyond our control.

All content, including designs, text, logos, graphics, icons, and code, is owned by TheFarmer or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

By using TheFarmer, you agree to receive communications electronically via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or platform notifications.

These communications may include transactional, promotional, and policy-related messages. You can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time.

Registration on TheFarmer is free for both buyers and sellers.

However, TheFarmer reserves the right to introduce nominal fees or service charges in the future, with prior notice.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, lockdowns, government actions, or system failures.

In such cases, affected parties are entitled to reasonable delivery extensions.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State], India.

Certain agricultural or gardening inputs (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides) may contain chemicals requiring safe handling and disposal.

TheFarmer does not assume responsibility for misuse, improper application, or environmental damage arising from such products. Buyers are advised to follow manufacturer instructions and local safety guidelines.
