Choosing the Right Plant
A rosette succulent that produces small baby plants (“chicks”) around the main rosette (“hen”). Choose firm, colorful rosettes with healthy offsets.
Soil & Potting
Needs gritty, sandy soil. Mix cactus soil (sand + perlite + compost). Shallow pots, trays, or rock gardens are ideal.
